No. We ask that all visitors refrain from bringing their pets while visiting. As much as we love ALL animals it would be a risk to our animals as well as your pet to bring them to the farm.
The outdoor education portion of the farm is closed while it is raining. Continual rain may cause early closure of the entire centre, including the main building. Updates are posted on Facebook under the "Pleasant Valley Farm Community" group. https://www.facebook.com/share/g/1CSbMb4C8m/
We recommend that you wear shoes while visiting the farm, our outdoor centre used to be pasture land!
Yes. We have lots of parking for visitors. Please follows the signs.
Yes, we do have one outhouse with a handwashing sink.
Travel East from Gore Bay on Hwy 540, turn right on Roberston Rd, turn left on Nelson Rd.
Travel West from Kagawong on Hwy 540, turn left on Pleasant Valley Rd, turn right on Nelson Rd.
We are 445 Nelson Rd. The road is not very long, you will see the farm!
Yes, Pleasant Valley Farm happily hosts large groups from schools, Childcare centers etc. Please email us at pleasantvfarm@gmail.com so we can accommodate large groups.
